IE 9 & 10 compatibility issues with PeopleSoft ELM 9.1 - Tools version 8.51

We regard our clients for years elm 9.1, using the tools version 8.51. Recently, our client 10 IE browser version upgrade to its users throughout the organization. Grade 7 or 8 IE browser when the user decided to get to the bottom of the browser compatibility, upgrade to frequently encountered problems.

Random events, the most common problem, caught in the process of operation (page top right corner of the page loading icon) and the user is signed out for some time. Some users with a custom "Save" or "transfer" in relation to the operation, which occurs a few button clicks. The other common problem is SCORM Windows does not come into effect points / conditions to completion of the course.

No permanent solution if you are facing any kind of problem and if I can do that please. Users can continue to use IE 10 itself, therefore, we are currently under grade 7 or 8 IE users asking, but we want to find a solution.

Any help would be appreciated about it.
Thank you.

Are the users using a certified operating system to be used with Internet Explorer 10?

Please check the certification matrix in metalink

Sign in to metalink
Go to certifications tab
Select peopletools as product, 8.51 as release and then you can see 'Desktop Applications, Browsers and clients' Section

As I see, the IE 10 is certified for 8.51 to be used with Windows 7 and Windows 8 64-bit.

Hope that helps.
