Unable to save a record

I am experiencing a problem while saving a record after creating fields for a record. i am implementing Peoplesoft CRM for communications on Oracle on a Solaris platform. i am getting an error 'Unable to save a record--specify tablespace name and platform. I expect this to be taken by default if the configuration is correct.

In the drop down box, i am not getting any tablespace in the list box drop down.

This problem comes in fresh installations.I am trained on FSCM.You can create a table space in people tools....

Navigation peopletools >utilities>Admin>tablespace utilities...

Hi Shelaba,

1) Are you using sql data base so no need to specify tablespace name and platform Just to go to

Peopletools--> Utilities-->Administration--> People tools option in that page

uncheck Platform Compatibility Mode
