Hello All, One of our direct client is looking for PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant in Portland, OR on full time basis. The ideal candidate shouldhave extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM and must have experienced with version 9.1 or above.

Roles & Responsibilities:

He /She should have PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher experience required with end to end upgrade experience, Solid understanding and workexperience as a PeopleSoft Functional Lead (9.1 and higher). Solid technical/Functional understanding and work experience in mentioned modules(HumanResourcesHR)/Benefitsadministration/Payroll/Compensation/eProfile/eBenefits/ePay/eCompensation/Manager Self-Service/Profile Management). Minimum of 3 PS upgrade project experience. At least one PS HCM upgrade Higher version 9.1, should have good exposure on HCMTechnical/Functional on Position Management. He /She should analysis detailed technical assessment of client HR system software will be used to identify technical process gaps, ifany, and make recommendations for improvement. He /She should analysis with Client business/functional users and technical support on need basis, Able to review and explain thechoices available along with impacts of decisions regarding the re-design of positions, requirements, job codes, etc. He /She should help client in developing interface / customization requirements strategies and Prepare technical specifications and unittest plans for system customizations, interfaces, reports and Assist in setting up security and user profiles in the system Provide post-implementation support to end-users for troubleshoot
